I live Balneário Camboriú every day and I know the city at the hours when it changes its face: the crowded sidewalk early in the morning, the calm of Barra Norte at noon, the moment when the towers of Barra Sul turn into silhouettes against the light. That city, not a catalog, is what I show to everyone who arrives.
I am training to become a real estate agent and I work as an intern. In practice, this means I take your call, I research, I organize the information and I accompany you on every viewing, while the negotiation itself is conducted by a licensed broker, with whom I work side by side. I would rather say this at the very start: trust is built on clarity.
My way of working is simple. You tell me what you are looking for, in your own words. I listen, ask the questions that are missing and come back with what matters: the area that suits your routine, what I saw during the viewings, what worried me and what won me over. No rush, no pressure, no promise I cannot keep.
If you are far away, distance does not change the care. I visit on your behalf, record videos without hurry, describe what the camera does not show and stay available in your time zone. If you are here, we walk along the shoreline and talk in the right place: in front of the sea you want to see every day.

Are you already a licensed agent?
Not yet. I am training to become a real estate agent and I work as an intern in Balneário Camboriú. I take your call, research, accompany viewings and organize the information; whatever requires a license is done by a licensed broker, with whom I work side by side.
Who conducts the negotiation?
A licensed broker. This website does not advertise properties or carry out brokerage. When the conversation reaches an offer, a contract and a signature, the broker leads; I stay close, explaining every step to you.
Do you work with people in another state or outside Brazil?
Yes. A good part of my conversations start on WhatsApp or by e-mail with people who are far away. I visit on your behalf, record videos without hurry, describe what the camera does not show and arrange times in your time zone. When you come, we walk the shoreline together.
Does the conversation cost anything?
No. Talking to me, asking about the city and its neighborhoods and receiving an account of the viewings costs you nothing. Any amount related to a negotiation is handled by the licensed broker, transparently, before any decision.
How does the natural-language search work?
It is still in preparation, with no set date. The idea is that you describe the property you are looking for in your own words, as in a conversation, and the tool understands, with no filters and no codes. Whoever leaves an e-mail on the waiting list gets one notice when it opens, and none before.
What happens to my data?
