19:10 — For those who own a property in the city

Your property, presented in its best light.

Buyers decide in seconds what they will feel about a property. I prepare those seconds calmly: the order, the light, the hour, the viewing. The listing and the negotiation stay with a licensed broker; the presentation and the care stay with me.

  1. The buyer's eye

I visit your property as someone arriving for the first time: what you see from the door, what you hear from the balcony, what the light does in the living room. I come back with an honest list of what helps and what gets in the way.

  2. Preparing the space

Small adjustments change how a space reads: what to put away, what to open up, what to leave in sight. No renovation, no big expense, only what lets the home breathe.

  3. The right hour of light

Every orientation has its good hour. I schedule the photographs for that moment, with the windows open and the city the way it really looks.

  4. Every viewing accompanied

I receive every viewing, tell the story of the property and listen to what people say when they think no one is paying attention. Afterwards, you know everything.

  5. The negotiation with the broker

When the offer arrives, the licensed broker takes the lead. I stay close, translating every step for you, all the way to the signature.
