Privacy policy
This website is mine, Célia Rocha's, and the only data it keeps is what you hand me on purpose, through a form. This page explains what that data is, what it is used for, who processes it and how to ask me to delete it.

What data I receive
Through the conversation form: your name, your WhatsApp number, your e-mail (if you choose to leave it), the answers you pick along the conversation and the language in which you used the site.
Through the waiting list for the natural-language search: only your e-mail and the language.
The site does not use tracking cookies, has no third-party analytics and loads nothing from outside its own domain. Whatever you scroll, click or type without sending stays in your browser and never reaches me.
What it is used for
For one thing only: for me to contact you about what you told me. I do not sell, share or use your data for advertising. If you joined the waiting list, I will send one e-mail when the tool opens, and none before.
Who processes it
The messages from the forms reach my e-mail through Resend, which acts as the technical processor for sending them, with servers in the sa-east-1 region (São Paulo, Brazil). The contato@ mailbox is routed by Cloudflare Email Routing to my inbox. The data travels encrypted and is not stored in any database of this site. The conversation then continues on the channels you chose: WhatsApp or e-mail.
For how long
For as long as our conversation makes sense to you. When it ends, or when you ask, I delete the messages and the contact details I kept.
How to request deletion
Write to contato@celiarochaimoveis.com.br with the subject "Data deletion" and the name or e-mail you used. I will confirm the deletion by reply. The same channel serves to ask what I hold about you or to correct any information.
Legal basis and changes
The processing is based on your consent, given in the form itself, and follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD). If you are in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also applies, and you keep the same rights of access, correction and deletion, through the same channel. If this policy changes, the new version is published on this same page, with the update date at the top.
